Product Conditions Explained

The products will buy and sell will follow the following gradings:

Consoles are graded as either: 

• Boxed – Boxed consoles include all original inserts, leaflets, instructions and packaging from the consoles original (at new) packaging. Boxed consoles may show minor signs of wear and tear. All original accessories are present.
• Unboxed – Unboxed consoles may show wear and tear from previous ownership. These consoles come with their original leads and controllers (where applicable). Controllers are original.
• Discounted – Discounted consoles may show heavier signs of wear and tear. This may include deeper scratches/scuffs. Discounted consoles may come with 3rd party (aftermarket) leads and/or controllers, where applicable. Plastics may show heavier signs of yellowing.

We do not buy or sell faulty/non-working items.

Games are bought and sold in the following conditions:

• New (Sealed) – Games that come in “new, as original” condition with the original seals in tact. These will contain no damage to the seals or cases/boxes. We do not buy games in this condition (though we can still buy them at the equivalent “Boxed” price below.
• Boxed (With Manual) – These games come with original box/case & insert (cover, where applicable). These games include the manual and map (where applicable). These games are in used, good condition.
• Boxed (Without Manual) – These games come with original box/case & insert (cover, where applicable). These games do not include the manual and map (where applicable). These games are in used, good condition.
• Boxed – These games come with original box/case & insert (cover, where applicable). These games did not come with a manual/map when sold as “new”. These games are in used, good condition.
• Unboxed – Without the box, inserts or instructions. Labels are in good condition without rips/tears. Normal wear and tear may be present. These games are in used, good condition.

Disc games are ran through our disc repair process. This helps remove most scratches from discs and enhances their readability. All games are tested prior to being added to our stock.

Accessories are sold as used, in good condition. Where applicable, accessories will come with their original leads and may show signs of wear and tear from previous ownership.
