Scanning Tips
- Place your item with the barcode facing up on a flat surface.
- Keep your phone/tablet pointing straight onto the barcode as angles make it harder for the scanner to read.
- Ensure you’re in a well lit area.
- If an item is not found it doesn’t always mean it’s not in our database; sometimes we haven’t added the barcode (yet). These items can be checked with our standard search.
