Our minimum trade-in basket is currently £10. To ensure your items are covered during transit to us, we have a maximum transaction value of £150. Trade-in's higher than this can be split across multiple orders.

Anything on our website! We have a database of 65,000 products (and counting). As a general rule, we specialize in UK released Consoles, Games and Accessories for Microsoft, Nintendo, Sega and Sony (pre-current gen). All our listed items have their up to date trade-in price too!

During trade-in checkout, you're given the option of post office drop-off (we provide a QR code) or free Royal Mail collection. Once you've completed checkout you'll recieve an email with packaging guidelines. Your packaging doesn't have to be pretty (we like used bubble wrap and old newspapers), just make sure everythings protected and secure for transit.

Once we've received and verified everything is as described, we arrange payout the same day. On trade-in checkout, you'll have the choice between Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Only if your item does not match the description (e.g., excessive wear to the box of a SNES game). We will always discuss your options with you before finalizing anything though.

Incomplete trade-in baskets reset after three days. Once you've completed checkout, you'll have 7 days to send your item(s). After this time, you'll need to start the trade-in again.
