We love to make sure you love your purchases, that’s why all products from The Console Cove are covered by our 1 year free warranty! If an item doesn’t live up to working standards within a year from purchase simply return it for either a free repair, replacement or store credit*.

In addition to our unbeatable warranty, any item can be returned for a full refund up to 28 days after delivery (T&C’s here).

How Are We This Confident?

All our products are vigorously tested and cleaned before they are added to stock. Where required, The Console Cove can repair consoles in-house, meaning we can verify everything internally is safe, set up correctly and running as it should. It’s a labour of love, but we do it to ensure our consoles and other products last as long as possible.

We can also retrobrite consoles where required too! (A process to remove yellowing from older plastics). This ensures the products you’re receiving look as good as possible, considering their age!
