How Disc Repair Works
Our disc repair service uses advanced resurfacing techniques to fix scratches and improve the readability of your discs. Disc repair (also referred to as disc resurfacing) works by removing a (very) tiny layer from the bottom of your disc; smoothing most scratches and enabling the laser to read your disc again.
* While we strive for the best possible results, please note that disc repair does not guarantee a flawless finish. Our goal is to balance the appearance and usability of your discs to ensure optimal performance.
Super Simple Repair Process

Choose to repair between 1-5 discs at a time. - Receive a Returns Label
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a returns label from us. - Send Your Discs
Use the provided return label to send your discs to us. No printer? No problem. We’ll provide a QR code for your local post office drop-off. - Processing Your Discs
Once received, we typically process them within 48 hours; the magic doesn’t take long. - Return Postage Included
We send your repaired discs back to you, with return postage included in the price.
Please note: even though in most cases we can recover discs, disc repair does not guarantee results or a flawless finish.
At present we do not offer repair services for Blu-Ray discs or GameCube discs.
Blu-Ray Systems we cannot repair:
– PS3, PS4 and PS5
– Xbox One and Xbox Series
– Nintendo Wii U
Additionally, Warped, Cracked, Damaged Label & Deep Scratched Discs are unlikely to be recoverable. We would not recommend disc repair for these discs.
